The Corporate Sales Manager will drive business growth within a designated region by leading and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 15–17 sales and marketing professionals.
- Establish clear sales objectives and guide the team to meet or exceed targets.
- Actively participate in sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and client visits.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster skill development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (any industry).
- At least 3 years of experience in the local/residential market.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
