Role Overview

We are hiring a Frontline Sales Manager to lead field sales efforts and drive business through customer acquisition and relationship management. This role involves active fieldwork, guiding sales representatives, and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support field sales executives
Identify and acquire new customers
Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
Build and maintain client relationships
Provide training and motivation to team members

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in any discipline (required)
Sales experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Must be comfortable with field sales and meeting targets
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally
