About The Job:

To manage partner networks and improve sales performance, a reputable company is looking for a skilled and professional client sales executive. The ideal applicant would have extensive experience in agency or channel sales, ideally in the insurance or BFSI industries. Excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic approach, and adherence to compliance standards are necessary for the position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create and oversee an agency partner network.

Increase revenue by engaging partners effectively.

Agents should receive performance management and training.

Ensure that internal and external regulations are being followed.

Conditions:

Preferably, a bachelor’s degree

More than two years in agency or channel sales

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

The capacity to operate autonomously and accomplish goals
