Job Summary:
The Executive – Direct Sales is responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to customers through field visits, telecalling, or digital outreach. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting product benefits, closing sales, and achieving individual sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and social platforms.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings or product demos with interested prospects.
- Maintain a daily/weekly target for new customer acquisition.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable product or service.
- Present product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to convince customers.
- Handle objections effectively and close sales confidently.
- Ensure timely submission of all documents for approval and processing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
