Role Summary:

We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive to identify and connect with potential clients for insurance and financial products. Your role will focus on sourcing quality leads, initiating contact, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly
• Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested prospects
• Assist in promotional campaigns and client outreach programs
• Ensure daily reporting of lead activity and conversions

  Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in any field
• 1+ year of experience in lead generation or sales preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting targets
