Job Description:

🔹 Core Responsibilities:

Recruit and activate life insurance agents (advisors) from the local market
Motivate and guide the team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct joint fieldwork with agents to help close deals
Monitor agent activity and drive consistent performance
Build long-term relationships with customers and advisors
Maintain daily reports, business tracking, and performance reviews

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (compulsory)
2–3 years of field sales experience (Insurance/BFSI/FMCG/Telecom preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under targets and in field-based roles
