Job Overview:

We’re hiring a Growth Navigator to lead and support the expansion of our agency network. You’ll be responsible for bringing in new advisors, guiding them, and ensuring strong performance in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit new insurance advisors
Provide training and ongoing guidance to agents
Drive business growth through field activities
Monitor and support team performance regularly
Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

Who Can Apply:

Graduation in any stream is mandatory
Experience in sales, marketing, or insurance preferred
Good communication and team-handling skills
Comfortable with outdoor/field work
