Role Summary:

We are hiring an Agency Sales Enablement Lead who will be responsible for empowering our agency team with the right tools, training, and strategies to drive performance and business growth in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of agency partners
  • Drive productivity through regular performance reviews and coaching
  • Develop sales strategies and enablement tools for field teams
  • Ensure channel alignment with business targets
  • Collaborate with regional teams for smooth field execution

Eligibility:

 

  • Graduate in any stream (must)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or agency channel preferred
  • Comfortable with field visits and team support
