Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with customers and partners
Conduct regular field visits and team meetings
Identify and recruit insurance advisors/agents
Guide and support them to generate business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be local candidate

Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
Sales experience is an advantage (insurance preferred)
