We are seeking a dynamic professional for a Bancassurance Sales role to drive life insurance business through partner bank branches in Ahmedabad. The role involves direct interaction with bank customers to generate leads and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with bank branch staff to drive life insurance sales
Generate leads from walk-in customers and convert them
Explain product features, benefits, and suitability to potential clients
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain compliance and documentation standards
Candidate Requirements:

Graduate with 1 to 3 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI sector)
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Strong sales orientation with target-driven approach
Experience in bancassurance or insurance sales will be preferred
