Job Description

We are hiring a Team Leader – Field Sales to oversee field activities in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will motivate, guide, and support a team of sales professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 3–10 sales executives
• Develop sales strategies aligned with regional goals
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans
• Collaborate with upper management on growth strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation in business or relevant field
• 2+ years of field sales experience with 1 year in team leadership
• Strong decision-making and mentoring skills
• Must have a personal vehicle and license

Salary: Up to ₹3.2 LPA + Team incentives
