Job Summary:

An Insurance Executive – BFSI is responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing insurance products such as life, health, or general insurance to clients within the BFSI sector. The role includes prospecting, understanding customer insurance needs, providing suitable product recommendations, and ensuring policy documentation and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand customer financial goals and risk profile to recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Provide detailed product explanations including benefits, terms, and premium details.
• Generate leads through referrals, calling, visits or walk-in clients.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure conversion and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Stay updated on insurance product offerings, market trends, and competitor strategies.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance, lead status, and customer feedback.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing
• Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
• Preferred local candidate.
