Job Summary:
A Sales Manager – Insurance is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance sales agents or advisors to achieve business growth and revenue targets. The role involves recruiting and training agents, developing sales strategies, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set sales targets and develop strategic plans to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and drive daily/weekly/monthly performance of the sales team.
- Recruit, train, and onboard insurance advisors or agents.
- Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and skill development.
- Identify new market segments, customer groups, and business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Support agents in building strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure quality service delivery and policy renewals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required. (Any Field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate
