Job Summary:
A Sales Associate Manager is responsible for supervising and supporting a team of sales associates to achieve revenue targets and deliver excellent customer service. They play a key role in enhancing team productivity, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to overall business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates.
- Assign sales targets and monitor daily performance.
- Implement sales plans and promotions to drive business.
- Ensure consistent execution of the company’s sales strategies.
- Understand the client needs and suggest the suitable plans, products and policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales f
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
- Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication
- Ability to build rapport with team members and customers
