Job Description:
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Channel Officer to drive performance and growth in the Agency Business Partner (ABP) Channel. The role involves recruiting partners, building strong relationships, and ensuring achievement of business targets through consistent field engagement and support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard Agency Business Partners in the assigned territory.
Train, develop, and support ABPs to build their teams of advisors/agents.
Drive sales through the ABP network and achieve assigned business targets.
Conduct joint field visits, business planning sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Engage with ABPs regularly to ensure motivation, retention, and consistent productivity.
Analyze sales trends and provide strategic input to enhance channel performance.

Qualification & Experience:

Must be a graduate.
4–6 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct marketing.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing partner relationships.
Strong communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
