Job Summary:
A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Their role plays a strategic role in expanding the customer base and creating long-term value for the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, calling, visits, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on business potential and readiness to buy.
- Present and promote the company’s products/services to prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
Relevant Skills:
- Ability to understand market dynamics and identify new opportunities
- Competitor analysis and customer profiling
- Ability to pitch, persuade, and close deals
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and buyer behavior
