Job Summary:
A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. They have to identify the market, potential client and provide the suitable products and policies as per the need of the client.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Present and promote the company’s products/services to prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide insights for product development or marketing strategies.
- Submit regular reports on leads, conversions, market feedback, and revenue forecasts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required (Any Field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
