Your role is to inspire, coach, and drive sales success while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of advisors to drive sales life.
Key Responsibilities :
– Build strong relationships with advisors and customers.
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.-
– Visit market areas regularly to support and monitor the team
– Build strong relationships with local retailers and partners
– Train and onboard new sales staff
– Solve on-ground issues and handle customer concerns.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Graduation in any stream of studies.
Experience: 1-5 years in Sales.
– Communication & Relationship Management.
– Sales & Business Development.
– Must be Local.
