We are hiring a Channel Sales Leader to lead our agency development initiatives, recruit channel partners, and ensure consistent life insurance sales across designated territories.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel sales partners.
- Train partners on products, compliance, and sales techniques.
- Achieve channel sales KPIs and monitor activity reports.
- Foster loyalty through strong partner relationships.
- Develop growth strategies based on partner performance insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 2+ years in BFSI channel sales leadership.
- Field-oriented mindset and team-handling skills.
- Bike and DL mandatory.
CTC up to ₹3 LPA + channel incentives.
