Job Description
This position entails finding, coaching, and managing a group of people to market life insurance plans. Sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention are the metrics used to gauge success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors.
– Monitor and improve performance of agents through regular support and fieldwork.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
– One of the duties and responsibilities is to identify and onboard insurance advisors.
– Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales.
– Identify new market opportunities within the territory.
The necessary candidate’s profile:
– Requirement: Graduate.
– Experience: Two years or more in an area involving sales.
– Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
– On two wheels. It must be local.
