Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and strategic Zonal Head – Agency Channel to lead agency sales operations across multiple regions within the zone. The role involves managing a large team, driving sales growth, ensuring compliance, and building a strong agency distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the agency sales function across the assigned zone
Drive recruitment, activation, and performance of Agency Managers and advisors
Achieve zonal sales targets through effective planning, monitoring, and execution
Ensure consistent implementation of sales and business development strategies
Coordinate with Regional and Cluster Heads to improve productivity and retention
Track market trends, competition, and field feedback to refine strategy
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards
Support training, performance management, and succession planning across the zone
Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports to senior leadership
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales
Strong exposure to the insurance or financial services industry
Proven track record of handling multi-region or multi-state operations
