Job Description
Position: Outside sales manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee field sales team and their daily route plans
- Open new areas for sales and drive market entry
- Help team close deals by joining in key meetings
- Track performance weekly—quantity and quality of visits
- Make sure field data is collected and reported correctly
- Identify gaps in sales performance and fix them fast
- Provide honest, on-the-spot coaching
- Ensure the team meets both activity and revenue targets
What We Expect From You:
- Minimum 2 years doing field sales (not just sitting in an office)
- 1–2 years of managing others in sales roles
- Confidence in handling tough conversations with customers or team
- Knows how to organize a day and prioritize visits
- Local candidate required first
- Graduation is mandatory here
