Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Area Business Development Manager (ABDM) to lead and expand our business operations in the assigned area. The role involves managing teams, driving sales growth, building distribution channels, and ensuring market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business plans to achieve area sales targets
Recruit, train, and lead sales teams or agents/distributors
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance
Identify new market opportunities and build strong customer relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
2–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Willingness to travel within the area
