Job Summary:
Unit Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales within a designated area or unit by acquiring new customers, promoting products/services, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They play a key part in the organization’s revenue growth and customer outreach strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or unit.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calls, or digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing any field required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
