Role Summary
We’re looking for a result-driven Field Sales Expert to drive business growth through direct sales, market engagement, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in field sales, especially within the insurance or financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate leads through field visits and networking
- Pitch suitable financial products to potential clients
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide excellent after-sales support
- Stay informed about product features and industry trends
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
- Experience: 1+ year in field sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Local market knowledge and strong communication skills
- Must be open to daily travel and client interaction
