Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and motivated Channel Engagement Officer to manage and enhance engagement with our agency/channel partners. The role focuses on building strong relationships, supporting partner performance, and ensuring a steady flow of business through effective collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with channel/agency partners
Drive partner engagement initiatives to increase productivity
Provide training, guidance, and on-ground support to partners
Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with targets
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth business operations
Resolve partner concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a plus)
1–3 years of sales or channel management experience (preferably in life insurance)
Ability to drive performance through motivation and support
Local market knowledge preferred
