Job Role:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
• Drive team targets and ensure policy sales growth.
• Conduct joint fieldwork to support agents.
• Prepare performance reviews and motivate team members.
• Ensure team compliance with company and IRDAI norms.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2+ years in sales (at least 6 months managing).
• Strong people management and mentoring ability.
• Field sales and agency recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Must have a bike and DL.
