Job Role:

• Manage walk-in clients and follow up on leads.
• Provide customized insurance solutions based on needs.
• Close sales and maintain policy records.
• Attend regular team meetings and training.
• Work with minimal supervision and deliver results.

Requirements:

• Graduate with at least  2 year of insurance or field sales.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
• Quick learner and proactive in follow-ups.
• Field-ready with a professional approach.
• Bike and valid DL are essential.
