Job Summary:
The Area Sales Head- BFSI is responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a specific geographical area or region. This role involves setting sales targets, leading and developing sales teams, expanding market reach, and ensuring revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales managers, sales officers, and front-line executives.
- Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and conduct regular reviews.
- Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Forecast sales and set performance targets for teams and individual sales executives.
- Identify growth opportunities within the territory.
- Expand distribution channels, onboard new partners, or increase retail penetration.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate
- Preferred local candidate.
