Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
2-6 years of experience in performance management, sales operations, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to coach, guide, and motivate teams effectively.
