Job Description:
• We are hiring an experienced and ambitious Associate Business Partner (ABP) to join our
insurance sales team in Surat. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven sales background
who are ready to take the next step into a leadership and business development role.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of total sales experience, with at least 1 year
in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector. This is a direct company role, not
agency-based.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive insurance product sales through direct and team-based channels
• Identify, recruit, and manage a team of potential insurance advisors
• Provide training, motivation, and guidance to team members
• Achieve personal and team sales targets consistently
• Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and follow-ups
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
