About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager for Agency Partnerships to drive growth by managing and expanding relationships with agency partners. You will lead sales efforts, develop strategies, and ensure agencies meet their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with agency partners
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
Recruit and onboard new agency partners
Monitor agency performance and provide support and training
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Resolve partner issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
Requirements:
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
3-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or agency management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to lead and motivate agency partners
Self-motivated and result-oriented
