Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a defined geographic region. The role involves managing sales teams, developing strategies to achieve revenue targets, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams across multiple locations within the region.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to improve their performance.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional activities and product launches.
