Job Description

Experience: 2–3 year
Qualification: Graduate (mandatory)

Job Summary:

Support the agency sales team by assisting in agent recruitment, training, and sales activities. Help agents meet targets by providing guidance and conducting field visits.

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruiting and onboarding new agents
Support agents to achieve their sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with agents and clients
Conduct field visits with senior team members
Maintain records of sales and agent activities
Learn about products and sales processes

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
Ability to travel locally
Team player with a positive attitude
