Job Summary:
As an Agency Sales Trainee, you will learn and develop the skills necessary to support agency sales activities, build relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn about agency sales processes and company products.
Assist in managing relationships with agency partners.
Support the sales team in achieving targets.
Help resolve agency issues and queries.
Prepare reports and assist in daily sales operations.
Attend training sessions and actively participate in team activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts is an advantage.
