• Supervise a small sales team to consistently surpass performance goals.
• Design and execute strategies for effective lead generation and conversion.
• Coach team members on advanced sales techniques and in-depth product knowledge.
• Track team metrics and provide actionable insights to ensure sales targets are met.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 years of experience in direct sales or the insurance sector.
• Required local candidate.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales objectives.
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
