Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Associate Sales Officer to support our sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding our customer base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
• Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
• Preferred local candidate.
