About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented Territory Sales Partner to drive growth in our insurance distribution network. Based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing agency partners within your assigned territory. This is a high-impact role ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys relationship-building, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new insurance advisors and agency partners
Provide regular training and guidance to improve partner performance
Track sales metrics and drive goal achievement across the territory
Strengthen engagement through ongoing support and motivation
Ensure compliance and product knowledge across the partner network
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, target-focused, and willing to travel locally
Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities
Residing in Bangalore or open to relocation
