Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to oversee and optimize our indirect sales channels, including distributors, resellers, and value-added partners. This role involves developing and executing strategic channel sales initiatives, fostering strong partner relationships, and ensuring effective channel management to drive revenue growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive channel sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals to maximize revenue and market share.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners that align with our target markets and objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive their commitment and sales performance.
- Provide training and support to channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell our products effectively.
- Monitor and analyze channel partner performance metrics, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to improve sales outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
