Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Relationship Manager to oversee and optimize our agency partnerships. This role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring effective agency management to drive business growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive agency strategies aligned with the company’s goals to maximize revenue and market share.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners that align with our target markets and objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners to drive their commitment and sales performance.
- Provide training and support to agency partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell our products effectively.
- Monitor and analyze agency partner performance metrics, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to improve sales outcomes.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform agency strategies and identify new opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required (Any Field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
