Job Title: Team Handle Role – BDM
We Looking for the managers who have ability to lead the sales and can handle the team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle a team of sales executives working in a specific area or region.
- Plan daily and weekly tasks for the team to reach sales targets.
- Support team members in field visits, client meetings, and closing deals.
- Guide and motivate the team to improve their performance.
- Check and track team reports, customer visits, and sales numbers.
- Train new joiners and help them understand products and selling methods.
- Report sales progress to senior managers regularly.
- Make sure all sales follow company rules and customer service standards.
- Solve basic field issues and customer complaints on time.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Minimum graduation
- Experience: 2–5 years in sales
- Good at speaking and explaining things clearly
- Able to guide and manage a team
- Strong time management and problem-solving ability
- Confident and ready to work on the field
