Role and Responsibilities:

• Handle a team of sales executives working in a specific area or region.
• Plan daily and weekly tasks for the team to reach sales targets.
• Support team members in field visits, client meetings, and closing deals.
• Guide and motivate the team to improve their performance.
• Check and track team reports, customer visits, and sales numbers.
• Train new joiners and help them understand products and selling methods.
• Report sales progress to senior managers regularly.
• Make sure all sales follow company rules and customer service standards.
• Solve basic field issues and customer complaints on time.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Minimum graduation; diploma holders with experience can also apply.
• Experience: 2-5 years in sales
• Good at speaking and explaining things clearly
• Able to guide and manage a team
• Strong time management and problem-solving ability

• Confident and ready to work on the field
