Job Title: Area Team Lead Executive

We are looking for managers who have great sales experience with Field sales

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Talk to customers to understand their insurance needs
  • Suggest the right insurance plans based on their situation
  • Call, meet, or follow up with customers regularly
  • Explain policy details clearly, including terms and benefits
  • Help customers complete forms and submit documents
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
  • Keep records of all leads, sales, and customer feedback
  • Stay updated on the latest insurance products and rules

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-5  years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Good understanding of customer needs and handling objections
  • Positive, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude
  • Able to manage time well and follow up without reminders
  • Graduation is mandatory here.
