Role and Responsibilities:

• Help new members understand their duties and work style
• Keep track of team progress and send regular reports to your manager

Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of total experience with at least 1 year as a team coordinator or leader
• Clear and confident communicator
• Good at organizing work and managing time
• Knows how to handle team concerns calmly and fairly
• Can follow company rules and help others do the same
• Graduate person required
