Role Overview:

Manage insurance business through bank branch partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and clients
Drive lead generation and policy sales
Achieve assigned sales targets with a focus on quality service

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 1 to 3 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Prior experience in banca sales is an advantage
