Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and driven Sales Development Manager to lead our lead generation and pipeline-building efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent growth in qualified leads and conversions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for outbound and inbound lead generation.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or inside sales reps.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align messaging, targeting, and qualification criteria.
- Monitor lead quality, pipeline health, and conversion rates to optimize performance.
- Implement and refine outreach techniques across channels like email, phone, LinkedIn, and webinars.
- Track team performance metrics (e.g., calls made, meetings booked, lead-to-opportunity ratio).
- Train and coach SDRs on sales tools, objection handling, scripts, and CRM best practices.
- Work with sales executives to hand off qualified leads and ensure seamless transitions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate
- Preferred local candidate.
