Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Agency Channel Manager to grow and manage our network of agents. This role is focused on recruiting, training, and supporting insurance agents to drive business growth through the agency channel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents or advisors.
- Provide training, motivation, and hands-on support to agents to ensure productivity.
- Drive sales through the agency channel by promoting company products and solutions.
- Monitor agent performance and guide them to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls with agents to support deal closures.
- Build strong relationships with agents and ensure high levels of engagement and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, claims) to resolve agent/client issues.
- Ensure agents comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate
- Preferred local candidate.
