Job Description

Job Title: BFSI Sales Executive
Location: Faridabad
Type: Full-Time

As a BFSI Sales Executive, your role is to manage a group of team members and help them perform their daily work smoothly. You will be responsible for planning, guiding, and making sure targets are met with good quality and on time.

Main duties include:

  • Managing and supporting a small team of staff
  • Distributing work fairly and checking progress
  • Answering team questions and solving work-related problems
  • Keeping daily records and sharing updates with your manager
  • Helping new team members settle and learn the work
  • Making sure the team follows company rules and targets
  • Giving performance feedback and keeping the team motivated
  • Ensuring timely completion of daily tasks

Candidate Profile:

  • Has 2 to 5 years of work experience
  • Has experience handling a team or assisting a supervisor
  • Is confident in team coordination and time management
  • Local candidate required
  • Has a graduate degree in any stream
