Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead and grow bancassurance partnerships in Ahmedabad. This role involves building strong relationships with banks, driving sales growth, and managing a team to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and strengthen bancassurance partnerships across bank branches
Identify new opportunities to increase sales through the bancassurance channel
Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets
Coordinate with bank staff for smooth business operations
Track performance metrics and prepare reports for management
Ensure adherence to compliance and company policies
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate with 1-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in BFSI or bancassurance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong ability to build and maintain partnerships
Goal-oriented with good analytical skills
Experience in team management is preferred
