Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Life Insurance Associate to drive customer acquisition and policy sales for our fast-growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in educating customers about life insurance products, assessing their financial needs, and helping them choose the right policy
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell life insurance policies to new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable policy recommendations
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach
- Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and convincing manner
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure timely policy renewals
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall branch/team goals
- Assist clients with documentation, application processing, and claim support
- Stay up to date with product changes, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
